If your order is in transit and hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking status first (if your order has tracking). Secondly, please check with your national postal service about expected delivery times and possible reasons for delays before contacting customer support.
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note: If you pre-order or backorder an item, any other items in your order won’t be shipped until all items are ready. If you want any items in stock to arrive sooner, we suggest placing a separate order.

We now charge VAT on orders to the EU as long as the value is under €150 (before VAT and shipping is added)!
This saves you money (no extra customs fees) and makes packages pass customs quicker.
If you exceed the €150 limit, VAT will not be added. Any orders above €150 will be charged VAT/customs fees at the border instead of by us. You can place multiple orders below €150 if you want avoid this.
Norway?
We charge 25% MVA on all orders to Norway since we’re based in Norway.
There are no extra fees.
Elsewhere?
Customers in all other countries except Norway and the EU are responsible for paying duties and taxes (if any) when the package passes customs.
Customers in the USA pay no taxes at this time.
