There may be delays due to the new version of the virus, but in case that there are, we will keep you updated and ship it as soon as possible.


Shipping within Norway

All orders within Norway will be delivered by Posten Norge AS.


International Shipping

All International orders will be processed by Posten Norge AS in Norway,  then handed over to and delivered as regular mail (for untracked packages) or EMS (for tracked packages) by the respective postal service responsible for delivering mail and EMS packages in your local country (e.g. USPS in the US).


International Shipping Disclaimer

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

We may be unable to fulfill orders to certain countries where it’s not possible to ship goods from Norway due to trade embargos or other issues.


Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.

We will issue a refund if we can’t fulfill your order.
